Happy Zoo is the new collection of tea sets and dishware that has been launched this Spring in the Heartful bridal catalogue in Japan. The designers at Apex-Heart dipped into many of Julien’s image collections to create this playful Scandinavian inspired look. The Heartful catalogue also offers tableware in many different styles, ranging from modern Japanese, to French inspired designs, with Happy Zoo filling in the category of cute animals.
Mr. Salt and Mrs. Pepper have just flown in to join Ritzenhoff’s 2011 Fall lineup. Inspired by none other than Superman and Catwoman, this couple fights villains by night while during the day they function as cute porcelain salt and pepper shakers.
The Japan Auto Camping Federation once again asked me to illustrate the cover of their annual guide. Between three concepts, they selected this typical North American scene showing life on a campground with a big black bear supporting the cause.
